Job summary

Chatham University is seeking student peer educators for the PAS program to meet one-on-one with fellow PAS students and assist with coursework during the academic year.

Selected students should be aware that hours are limited to 20 per week across campus jobs and that up to 980 hours per calendar year may be worked. This position is for the academic year only and does not automatically roll over to the next year.

• One-on-one tutoring or mentoring to support coursework
• Strong communication with peers
• Professional conduct in a campus setting

Responsibilities

• One-on-one meetings with PAS program students to help with coursework and study strategies.
• Adhere to campus employment guidelines and reporting requirements.
• Maintain records of hours and activities within program guidelines.

Peer educators for PAS program. Responsible for one-on-one meetings with other PAS students to help them with course work.

NOTE: Students have already been selected for this position. This is a position for the academic year.

All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.

Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
