As a Party Staff, you'll be responsible for creating an enthusiastic and engaging environment that leaves the kids talking non-stop about their experience! Your role is crucial in ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the entirety of the party. This includes actively interacting with guests, expertly managing birthday party set-up and breakdown, and making sure every detail contributes to a seamless and joyful celebration.

Responsibilities

• Create Unforgettable Experiences: Lead the party with high energy and enthusiasm, engaging kids in games, activities, and fun interactions that make their birthday truly special.
• Guest Interaction: Actively engage with the birthday child, guests, and parents, ensuring everyone feels welcome and has a fantastic time.
• Party Set-Up: Efficiently set up the party area according to Vetta Sports standards and the party's specific needs, including decorations, food, drinks, and activity zones.
• Party Clean-Up: Thoroughly clean and organize the party space promptly after the celebration, ensuring it's ready for the next event or for regular facility use.
• Guest Satisfaction: Continuously monitor guest satisfaction throughout the party, proactively addressing any needs or concerns to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
• Activity Leadership: Lead or assist with various party activities, whether it's sports-related games, fun challenges, or other planned entertainment.
• Safety & Supervision: Ensure the safety of all party guests, especially children, by actively supervising activities and adhering to all Vetta Sports safety guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other Vetta Sports staff to ensure smooth transitions and overall operational excellence for all parties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a recreational, camp, or entertainment setting is highly preferred.
