Job summary

Kemper Sports Management is seeking a part-time Party Coordinator Lead for Henderson Sport & Social in Henderson, NV. You will oversee birthday parties and group events, guiding the Party Host team to deliver exceptional guest experiences during assigned shifts.

You will coach hosts, coordinate payments, update notes, and ensure smooth event operations, while maintaining event documentation and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced family entertainment setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• TAM Card and Food Handler Card, or ability to obtain before employment.
• Minimum one year of hospitality, guest service, leadership, or related experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and develop team members while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful execution of birthday parties and group events during assigned shifts.
• Coach, train, and support Party Hosts and Party Host Support team members.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Party Hosts regarding guest concerns and operational questions.
• Confirm upcoming parties, process payments, update reservation notes, print party paperwork, and communicate event details with guests.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through additional attractions, food and beverage offerings, or other facility experiences.
• Monitor party timelines, staffing assignments, and event execution to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain redemption inventory, stock prize displays, and ensure merchandise presentation standards are upheld.
• Assist with attraction operations, Guest Services, Party Host responsibilities, and other Family Entertainment functions as business needs require.
• Maintain knowledge of Henderson Sport & Social attractions, memberships, promotions, leagues, tournaments, and upcoming events.
• Complete opening, closing, administrative, and operational duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Party Coordinator Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all birthday parties and group events occurring during their assigned shift. This position provides leadership, coaching, and operational support to the Party Host team while ensuring exceptional guest experiences from the initial party confirmation through the conclusion of each event.

As the first level of leadership within the Family Entertainment department, the Party Coordinator Lead serves as a resource for Party Hosts, supports guest recovery efforts, coordinates daily operations, and helps ensure Henderson Sport & Social standards are consistently maintained. Party Coordinator Leads provide leadership during assigned shifts, ensuring consistent operational support throughout the week while helping maintain Henderson Sport & Social's standards for guest experience, team development, and event execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience coordinating birthday parties, events, or hospitality operations.
• CPR/AED certification preferred (training may be provided based on company requirements).

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Bend, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and climb stairs as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy entertainment environment.
