Key Responsibilities:
Culinary Mastery:
- Participate in the design and preparation of a wide range of sophisticated desserts, pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
- Execute daily tasks with precision, maintaining outstanding presentation standards and ensuring dishes meet exacting quality benchmarks.
- Develop, test, and refine original recipes to deliver an unforgettable dining experience for every guest.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic pastry team, ensuring clear direction on methods, recipes, and luxury service expectations.
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth, well-synchronized service.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage inventory levels, monitor costs, and oversee the efficient use of ingredients and materials.

Creativity & Guest Engagement:

- Represent the hotel’s luxury image through visually stunning and delectable menu offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role within a high-end luxury hotel, fine-dining establishment, or upscale patisserie.
- Education: A degree or certification in pastry or culinary arts from a reputable institution is ideal.
- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of advanced pastry techniques, including tempering chocolate, sugar artistry, and precise bread-making.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively under tight deadlines.
