Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Party Reference Data Associate within the PRD-Ops function.

You will ensure client/party reference data is accurate, consistent, and traceable across the Global Bank, onboarding through disposition, supporting transactions and contracts. You will resolve BAU data requests across Aurora, Party Central, Salesforce, and SharePoint, collaborate with RDT, Operations, Product Owners, and Change teams to triage issues and implement fixes, while reporting KPIs to senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Excel, SharePoint, BO, and SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for party/reference data processes across core platforms and BAU requests.
• Execute data requests with high accuracy within SLAs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Product Owners to resolve defects and issues.
• Maintain governance, control environments, and risk/compliance expectations.
• Own inquiries related to CDM supporting helpdesk intake and resolution.
• Publish performance reporting and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Identify automation and process optimization opportunities within BAU workflows.
• Maintain knowledge bases, FAQs, and self-service resources to reduce inquiries.
• Support governance and analytics initiatives within the Reference Data space.
