Position Overview:

As a Party Host, you'll play a key role in bringing joy, excitement, and energy to every celebration. From setting up the festive party space to coordinating activities and ensuring every guest feels special, you'll be the heart of the party and the reason guests return for more fun.

Key Responsibilities:

Party Prep

• Set up party room with supplies, decorations, and a festive atmosphere
• Welcome birthday families and guests with enthusiasm and warmth
• Escort the party group to their designated spaces and explain expectations
• Keep children engaged with fun activities while ensuring other guests are ready

Party Execution

• Review the party itinerary with the host or organizer to ensure smooth events
• Personalize the party experience with special requests or themed details
• Coordinate food, drinks, and baking at the right moments
• Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the celebration
• Engage guests of all ages, creating a fun and friendly vibe
• Keep the party running on time and help guide transitions between activities

After-Party Wrap-Up

• Assist guests with gathering belongings and wrapping up gifts
• Thank guests warmly and invite them back for more fun
• Reset and clean the party space, ensuring it's ready for the next celebration
• Restock supplies and prepare for upcoming events

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, outgoing personality with a love for spreading joy
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to be on your feet and active for 4–10 hours
• Experience in events, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
• Flexible availability, especially weekends and holidays (required)
• Comfortable working with children and guests of all ages
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is helpful but not required
