Main Event is seeking a part-time Party Host in Woodbury, MN. You will welcome birthday parties, engage guests during activities, and help run scheduled events while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with parents and staff, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth flow from setup to teardown. Prior experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and teamwork are essential for creating fun, memorable celebrations.

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required.

• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serve as their Host during scheduled activities.

• Monitor events, anticipate party needs, and assist the party parent/planner.
• Collect birthday gifts and cake when applicable.
• Process payment transactions and greet guests upon arrival.
• Set up, break down, and clean after each party.

As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to!
