Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Party Hosts in Fort Worth, TX to lead birthday celebrations from greeting guests to guiding activities. You will ensure fun, engaging experiences while maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout each event.

Ideal candidates bring a guest-focused mindset, teamwork, and strong multi-tasking abilities. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends, with a supportive, inclusive culture and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and customer service orientation.
• Teamwork is essential and communication is clear with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving party guests as their host.
• Create memorable experiences during scheduled activities.
• Monitor events, anticipate guest needs, assist the party planner.
• Assist with gifts and cake handling when applicable.
• Process payments and greet guests as they re-enter.
• Set up, break down, and clean before/after each party.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to!
