Job summary

Main Event in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Part-Time Party Host to create unforgettable birthday memories. You’ll welcome guests, run scheduled activities, and ensure the party runs smoothly.

You’ll monitor events, engage guests, gather gifts and cake when applicable, handle payments, and help with setup and cleanup while upholding safety and sanitation. Prior food/beverage or hosting experience helps but isn’t required; we value guest focus, teamwork, and multitasking.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and strong teamwork are essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Clear communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and act as their Host throughout activities.
• Create memorable experiences by interacting with guests during the event.
• Monitor events, anticipate party needs, and assist the party parent/planner.
• Gather birthday gifts and cake when applicable; process payments.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party; uphold safety standards.

As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to!
