Oak Brook Park District seeks a Party Host Attendant to create fun, memorable experiences for children, families, and groups at Oak Brook events. You will supervise a variety of parties, keep experiences organized, welcoming, and safe, under the guidance of the Aquatic Program Manager.
Ideal candidates are energetic communicators with a strong customer-service mindset, a cheerful personality, and the ability to coordinate activities and enforce pool rules during events.
As a Party Host Attendant, you'll be the heart of creating fun, memorable experiences for children, families, and groups at the Oak Brook Park District. Under the direction of the Aquatic Program Manager, you'll help bring each party to life while ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently.You will supervise a variety of parties and make sure every celebration feels organized, welcoming, and exciting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and loves creating experiences that put smiles on people's faces. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic communicator who feels comfortable interacting with both children and adults. A strong customer-service mindset, dependable leadership, and a cheerful personality are essential. Normal work hours vary based on availability and need. Shifts may occur on school holidays as well as winter, spring, and summer breaks. It is also the responsibility of the Party Host to assist with aquatic special events and attend aquatic staff meetings.
