Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in the United States is seeking a Party Host to energize birthday celebrations and manage scheduled activities. You will engage with arriving parties, ensure fun experiences, and support the party planner while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates bring a guest-focused mindset, strong teamwork, and attention to detail. Availability for days, nights, and weekends is required in this fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage or as a Party Host is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork is essential and can collaborate effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties as their Host throughout scheduled activities.
• Create memorable experiences by interacting with party guests during the event.
• Monitor events, anticipate party needs, and assist the party planner.
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake as applicable.
• Process payment transactions and greet guests on return.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party event.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

AtMainEvent, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories! As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, soour birthdayparents don’t have to! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcomeand engagewith arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities (let’s get this party started!)

• Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event

• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner

• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)

• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back

• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required

• Guest-focusedmindset (We heart our Guests!)

• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)

• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills

• Caneffectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests

• Availability toworkdays, nights and/or weekends
