Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Texas is seeking a Party Host to create unforgettable birthday memories. You will welcome guests, run scheduled activities, and ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the event, while keeping the party energy high.

You’ll engage guests, coordinate with the party planner, handle gifts and cake, and assist with payments and turnover between parties. This role suits energetic individuals who value teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging with arriving birthday parties and hosting throughout activities.
• Interacting with party guests to create memorable experiences.
• Monitoring events and assisting the party parent/planner.
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake.
• Processing payments and welcoming guests back.
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before/after each party.

At Main Event, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories! As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Welcoming and engaging with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities (let’s get this party started!)
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event
• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus, but not required
