Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Little Rock is hiring Party Hosts to make birthdays unforgettable. You will welcome guests, lead activities, and ensure safety, sanitation, and smooth event flow. Prior food/bev or hosting is a plus, but not required; a guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.

Independent jobs include handling gifts, payments, and post-event cleanup. Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends with opportunities to grow in a new center opening team.

• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serve as their Host throughout the scheduled activities.
• Create memorable experiences by interacting with party guests during the event.
• Monitor events, anticipate needs, and assist the party parent/planner.
• Gather and store birthday gifts and cake (if applicable).
• Process payment transactions and greet guests as they return.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each party event.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

At Main Event, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories! As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Welcome and engage with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities (let’s get this party started!)
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event
• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus but not required
