Job summary

The Panther IceDen seeks a highly energetic, motivated individual to host children's parties. You will entertain guests and ensure everyone has a great time at our Coral Springs venue.

This part-time, hourly position requires friendly interaction, efficient guest management, and the ability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to DE&I.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have great communication skills.
• Must be able to handle fast-paced environments and multiple tasks at once.
• Detail oriented, well-organized, able to work independently on assigned projects while under pressure.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrange tables & chairs to accommodate party size and decorate the party room with supplies.
• Must keep accurate count of guests, food orders, and party extra’s to ensure final bills are charged correctly at the end of each party.
• Ensure the Guest of Honor is having fun and enjoying their time as well as their guests. Must keep the guests entertained.
• Serve party guests lunch and cake.
• Clean the party room and wash dishes at the end of each party.
• Other duties as they arise.

The Florida Panthers are in their 33rd season in 2026-27 as one of the National Hockey League's premier franchises. Job Description Summary:The Panther IceDen seeks a highly energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who loves working with children to host our parties. This individual will be responsible for entertaining and ensuring all guests enjoy their time with us.
