Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Party Host to create unforgettable birthday memories. You’ll welcome guests, manage scheduled activities, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. You’ll engage with party guests, monitor events, and assist the party parent throughout the celebration.

The role emphasizes guest focus, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task while supporting hosts during busy events and shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage or Party Host experience is a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset (We heart our Guests!).
• Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!).
• Welcoming and engaging with arriving birthday parties and serving as their Host throughout their scheduled activities.
• Creating memorable experiences by interacting and engaging with the party Guests throughout the birthday event
• Ensuring memorable birthday experiences by monitoring events, anticipating party needs, and aiding the party parent/party planner
• Gathering and storing birthday gifts and cake (if applicable)
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
• Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning before and after each party event

Job Description: At Main Event, our Party Hosts are the life of the party and create unforgettable birthday memories! As a Party Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating FUN birthday celebrations, all while having a little fun yourself! You know the details of the event inside and out and can manage the scheduled birthday activities, so our birthday parents don’t have to! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

What will you be doing daily?

Salary Compensation

Salary Compensation is from $14.70 - $16.20 per hour

Salary Range: 15.15 - 16.65
