Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, schedules and supervises a team of up to 15 party hosts
• Provides courteous customer service and addresses questions or complaints; escalates to General Manager
• Assists supervised staff during peak activity periods
• Schedules and manages birthday party requests and reservations
• Oversees post-party cleanup
• Ensures party schedules are completed on time
• Orders and manages pizza delivery and party-supply inventory
• Operates POS system, deposits and party transactions
• Develops post-party follow-up and referral process
• Creates a fun and enthusiastic guest experience
• Partners with Marketing to drive more parties
• Maintains professional image to customers, staff and management
• Addresses employee questions and performance issues timely
• Provides other duties as required by General Manager
