Job Summary

Party Coordinator responsible for selling fun. Serve as the first point of contact for Urban Air and work with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or any other group event.

Responsibilities

• Sell party packages and add value to customers.
• Respond to all leads within the next business day.
• Book sales three months in advance.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly.
• Represent the park and deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups.
• Follow up with guests to confirm expectations were met or exceeded.
• Support leadership in driving the store's financial results.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
