Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of party chief experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with survey equipment such as Trimble, Leica, and Topcon. A valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors are required.

Job Overview:Job Summary**The Party Chief is responsible for leading survey crews in the field, ensuring the accurate and efficient collection of survey data for various construction and infrastructure projects.
