Keystone Engineering Inc. is looking for a Party Chief in Lafayette, LA, responsible for collecting field survey data and supervising personnel. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with project managers and field teams, ensuring project requirements are met.
Applicants should have a high school diploma and possess experience with surveying equipment. The role requires standing, walking, and carrying equipment frequently, and travel is necessary for site visits.

This position will be primarily responsible for communicating with the Project Manager and/or Field Operations Lead and client field representative; understanding the needs of the project and collecting field survey data required for the project; supervising field survey personnel.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently required to stand; walk long distances while carrying equipment, sometimes through rugged terrain, mud, or swamp; drive and/or ride in a boat; sit; balance, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds; use hands to operate, handle, maneuver and/or manipulate objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; use manual dexterity to operate equipment; talk and hear; Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
