Job summary

Soccer Shots Greater Charlotte is seeking part-time youth coaches to lead fun, structured sessions for children ages 2–8. You’ll create a positive, high-energy environment, show up on time, and come prepared for each outdoor session with a love of kids.

No prior coaching required—training is provided. 5–25 sessions per week with flexible weekday and Saturday options, offering paid training and a competitive weekly pay that reflects your schedule and dedication.
