Aspect Contracting Inc. is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Production Scheduling Coordinator to support active remodeling projects in Annapolis.

You will review field progress, monitor schedules, identify upcoming needs, and communicate accurate information to the office team. Training will be provided in our processes, residential sequencing, and JobTread software, with the expectation to complete the JobTread Project Manager Certification upon advancement.

Aspect Contracting Inc. is a high-end residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full-home renovations throughout the Annapolis area.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Production Scheduling Coordinator.

This person will help keep our active remodeling projects organized by reviewing field progress, monitoring project schedules, identifying upcoming needs, and communicating accurate information to our office team.

This is more than a message-taking or general administrative position. The successful candidate must be comfortable asking follow-up questions, recognizing missing information, documenting changes, and ensuring that important details do not fall through the cracks.

The selected candidate will receive structured training in Aspect Contracting's processes, residential construction sequencing, and JobTread construction management software. The employee will also be expected to complete the JobTread Project Manager Certification.
