Salerno's is hiring a Part-Time Pizza Maker for our McHenry location. If you enjoy a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in quality pizzas, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Previous pizza-making or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy dinner shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to Salerno's recipes and quality standards.
• Stretch dough, top pizzas, and monitor cooking times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Prep ingredients and stock the pizza station before service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely order completion.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with general kitchen duties as needed.
