What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook pizzas to Toppers’ quality standards
• Stretch dough, add toppings, and manage oven workflow
• Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and organized
• Work as part of a high-energy team during busy shifts
• Provide great service by ensuring every order is made right and on time

Customer Service Representative (Insider) Responsibilities

• Prepare our delicious food for our Toppers fanatics
• Take orders in person and over the phone
• Prep for the day and night by making dough and pizza sauce and cutting our fresh veggie toppings (which are all important pieces as to why we deliver on our promise of serving only high-quality food)
• Stock ingredients in the various work stations including the walk-in cooler
• Clean equipment and the store

Qualifications

• Prior experience in one or more of the following roles/brands is highly desirable: customer service, pizza maker cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part-time restaurant job at Toppers Pizza, Papa Murphys, Chick‑fil‑A, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, Burger King, Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, KFC, Arby’s, Panera Bread.
