Job summary

Engage Hospitality in Berkeley is seeking Front Desk Agents and Night Auditors to deliver professional guest service and support daily hotel operations. You will greet guests, handle check-in/out, verify rates, manage registrations and room assignments, and assist with maximizing occupancy.

The role requires balancing cash, performing night audit duties, responding to guest questions, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Communicate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations
• Follow all safety, security, and cash-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Support a safe and respectful work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
