Schedules will vary but typically range between 20 and 40 hours per week. These positions are ideal for experienced, reliable nannies who are confident caring for infants and young children and who enjoy supporting families as they establish routines and long-term care relationships. Families are seeking hands‑on, nurturing nannies to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and young children in a home setting. They are looking for someone who is gentle in nature, communicative, and committed to supporting developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment. Responsibilities: The ideal nanny will have strong experience with young children and be knowledgeable about early developmental milestones, routines, and age‑appropriate engagement.
