We are seeking a Part-time Litigation Paralegal with experience in personal injury litigation and premise liability claims.

Responsibilities include:

1. Drafting legal documents such as civil complaints, discovery documents, interrogatories, requests for production, preliminary objections, legal memoranda, and briefs.
2. Supporting the litigation process by interviewing potential clients, assessing case viability, and managing cases from intake to settlement.
3. Ordering medical records and billing, and communicating with health insurance providers, government agencies like Medicare, and other relevant entities.
4. Utilizing legal research software such as Westlaw, InCite, or Lexus Nexus.
5. Maintaining client files, scheduling appointments, and handling office tasks like depositions.

Compensation: Salary ranges from $28,080 to $35,000, depending on experience.
