Job summary

Smile Dental Clinics is seeking an experienced general dentist to join a large, digital practice delivering high-quality dental care. The role offers a competitive compensation package with production incentives and a patient-centered, collaborative workplace culture.

With 3+ years in general dentistry, you will perform root canals, extractions, dentures, and more, while mentoring to support larger cases through our sister implant business. Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required.

• Empathetic bedside manner with strong ethics.

COMPETENCIES

Has 3+ years of experience in general dentistry.

Is proficient in root canals, extractions, dentures, partials, and surgical extractions.

Is empathetic with an excellent bedside manner and a strong sense of ethics and integrity in diagnosis.

Is a team player, coachable, motivated, and has a positive attitude.

Is trainable and open to mentoring to support and close larger cases through our sister full-arch implant business. Associates earn production incentives for same-day impressions and diagnosing high-value cases.

Is committed to personal, professional, and financial (PPF) growth, setting 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals alongside our dedicated team.

Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required. All our team is bilingual.
