Job summary

Premier Care Dental Management seeks a dentist to lead clinical diagnosis and tailor treatment plans for a growing pediatric practice in Wyomissing, PA. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and leverage advanced technology to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

The ideal candidate has a DMD or DDS with an active license and 1–2 years of post-residency experience, with opportunities for new grads. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

OFFICE SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 7:30am - 5:00pm


• Tuesday: 7:30am - 5:00pm


• Wednesday: 7:30am - 5:00pm


• Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm


• Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm


• Saturday: 8:00am - 1:00pm (one per month)


• Can be flexible with days as we are open to candidates looking for full-time or part-time!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.


• Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with non-
  \u00a0clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.


• At least 1-2 years of Clinical Experience post-residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads!
