Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, seeks a highly motivated self-starter to join our team of established parts professionals.

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Parts Manager, the Parts Warehouse Worker will excel in clerical and warehouse operations, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading parts trucks and freight deliveries
• Picking, putting away, and delivering parts orders accurately
• Handling shipping, receiving, and freight processes
• Fabricating hoses and inspecting cores and warranties
• Understanding inventory control principles
• Completing paperwork and documentation accurately
• Communicating effectively in writing and verbally
• Exhibiting mechanical aptitude
• Using MS Word and Excel proficiently
• Learining new software such as Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests
• Resolving problems and making sound decisions
• Being organized and detail-oriented
• Working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Performing additional tasks as assigned
• Working overtime as required
• Having familiarity with the product line is a plus
• Maintaining professional behavior aligned with Cleveland Brothers' Mission, Vision, and Values

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree in a business or technical field preferred
• Experience in customer service within a mechanical/parts environment preferred
