Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking a Parts Warehouse Worker to join our parts team in our Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland service area.

The role involves duties in warehouse and clerical tasks under the Parts Manager, including picking, stocking, loading, and delivering parts while maintaining accuracy and safety. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, plus experience in a mechanical/parts environment, solid computer skills (MS Word/Excel)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in a business discipline or Technical school preferred.
• Strong customer service experience in a mechanical/parts environment preferred.
• Combination of education, skills and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and provide strong customer service.
• Safely operate a forklift and load/unload parts deliveries.
• Pick, put away, and deliver parts orders to designated areas.
• Handle shipping, receiving, and freight paperwork.
• Learn and use inventory control principles and related software.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to overtime as needed.

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Worker.

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful parts professionals.

Position Summary

At the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Warehouse position will be required to excel in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations that may include but not be limited to:

• Maintain a clean safe work environment * Strong customer service skills
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift * Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries
• Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas
• Basic skills in shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out bound
• Ability to fabricate hoses * Ability to inspect and process cores and warranty accurately and efficiently
• Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control
• The ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision * Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation
• Candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills
• Must have mechanical aptitude
• Intermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and Excel
• Ability to learn new software products: Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests etc.
• Resolve problems and make sound decisions
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
• Work independently & efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Perform additional tasks as directed
• Work regular overtime as required
• Familiarity with product line a plus
• Responsible to maintain professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision and values of Cleveland Brothers

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates degree in a business discipline or Technical school is preferred
• Strong customer service support experience in a mechanical / parts environment, demonstrating ability to quickly learn to use various computer systems is strongly preferred
• An appropriate combination of education, skills and experience will be considered
