The Carolina Cat team in Charlotte is seeking a Parts Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop the warehouse crew, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations. You will align daily activities with branch and corporate objectives and focus on superior customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management required.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations, supervisory/manager experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory control, WMS, and warehouse safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Direct, train and coach warehouse employees to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
• Meet Branch and Corporate objectives and maintain superior customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate activities of 2nd and 3rd shift staff in stocking, picking, packing, delivering, returning and shipping materials.
