CIT Trucks, LLC is seeking a Parts Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a team in our busy Midwest service and parts facilities. You will ensure safe, accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of parts, while maintaining precise inventory and labeling standards across multiple bays and shifts.

Key responsibilities include enforcing safety procedures, coordinating with other departments to fulfill orders on time, and training staff to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage a team of warehouse workers.
• Ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored.
• Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing employees.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the warehouse is a safe working environment.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.
