Job summary

Gregory Poole Equipment Company is seeking a Warehouser to manage daily parts receiving, storage, and distribution, ensuring accurate processing and safe handling while maximizing service to customers and efficient use of facilities and equipment.

You will execute order processing and delivery operations, coordinate parts flow between warehouse, technicians, and customers, and maintain inventory control, security, and workplace safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Daily Parts Receiving, Storage, and Distribution: Ensure receiving, storing, and distribution activities are carried out in a professional manner in accordance with warehouse policies.
• Execute Order Processing and Delivery Operations: Process all orders for delivery or pickup promptly and efficiently on the day of receipt, including deliveries to resident technician accounts and major customers.
• Maintain Inventory Control and Warehouse Organization: Ensure security and accountability of parts inventory through proper storage and handling practices; store all parts neatly and properly identified; attach warehouse labels and signage as per standards.
• Ensure Equipment Safety and Facility Compliance: Operate road vehicles and lift trucks safely; ensure all warehouse equipment is serviced and maintained; keep work areas clean and organized; follow safety procedures.
• Support Customer and Internal Communication: Maintain daily relations with walk-in customers, field service technicians, parts counter sales reps, and group leaders to ensure efficient parts flow and service support.
