Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assembles orders, prepares goods, and processes shipments in SAP.
• Daily invoicing in SAP of all outbound shipments.
• Receives, inspects, stores incoming materials and replenishes stock.
• Monitors inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Verifies accuracy of shipments using shipping records.
• Participates in weekly afterhours on-call rotation.
• Participates in company-provided training and applies daily processes.
• Maintains a neat and orderly parts room.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Parts Warehouse Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse organization. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Starting pay

Starting pay of $20.00 per hour, with higher wages available based on experience. This role includes participation in a paid after-hours on-call rotation, with on-call duty scheduled approximately every three weeks. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement and daily onsite lunch.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assembles orders, prepares goods, and processes shipments in SAP
• Daily invoicing in SAP of all outbound shipments
• Receives, unpacks, inspects, and stores incoming materials and supplies and replenishes stock in the towers
• Responsible for monitoring inventory to ensure accuracy
• Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders
• Participate in weekly afterhours on call rotation
• Participate in company-provided training and apply knowledge appropriately (daily processes)
• Help maintain a neat and orderly parts room
• Performs other duties as assigned
