Job summary

Vanguard Truck Centers LLC is seeking a Parts Warehouse Clerk to stock incoming parts and ship outgoing orders, supporting the Parts Manager and delivery drivers. You will maintain an organized warehouse, assist with inventory, deliveries, and ensure accurate paperwork for each shipment, while upholding safety and housekeeping standards across the parts department.

Applicants should have a High School diploma and at least two years in a parts or service setting; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock incoming parts and ship outgoing orders.
• Assist Parts Manager and counter personnel to maintain efficient parts delivery system.
• Help drivers load delivery vehicles and ensure accurate paperwork for deliveries and returns.
• Maintain organized warehouse, sanitation, and proper stock levels; support inventory processes.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries to customers, satellite stores, and vendors.
