Job summary

Vanguard Truck Centers is hiring a Parts Warehouse Clerk in Harrisonburg, VA. You will stock incoming parts, ship outgoing orders, and support the Parts Manager and counter staff to maintain an efficient parts delivery system. You may assist drivers with loading and deliveries as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 2 years in a parts or service setting. A strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, and safety is essential to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in parts and/or service environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock and post incoming orders in the parts warehouse.
• Ship outgoing parts and assist with deliveries and crating.
• Assist Parts Manager and counter personnel to maintain efficient parts delivery system.
• Load delivery vehicles and coordinate pickups with customers and vendors.
• Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure areas are stocked and clean.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and document daily deliveries and pickups.
