Job summary

Vanguard Truck Centers in Williamsport, MD is seeking a Parts Warehouse Clerk to stock incoming parts and ship outgoing orders, supporting the Parts Manager and service staff to keep a fast, accurate parts flow.

This role requires a High School diploma, English fluency, basic math, and the ability to multitask in a busy warehouse environment; benefits include 401k, health insurance, PTO, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years in parts or service environment.
• Fluent English with written and verbal communication; Spanish helpful but not required.
• General math skills to reconcile stock orders and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual inventory and maintain a perpetual inventory bin-maintenance system.
• Stocks and posts incoming orders.
• Assists in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory.
• Assists in monthly parts returns.
• Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
• Assists in stocking and posting orders to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
• Ensures areas of the parts department are properly stocked.
• Ensures cleanliness of the parts department; dispose of boxes and trash daily.
• Coordinates delivery and pickup logistics for parts; may make deliveries when needed.
