Job summary

H+H Chevy in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Parts Warehouse Operations Specialist to receive, organize, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will support Parts Counter staff, help process deliveries, and ensure accuracy of shipments.

Responsibilities include handling incoming goods, organizing stock, returning obsolete parts, and adhering to safety guidelines. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm; pay $18.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend information and perform calculations.
• Must provide stellar Customer Service.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Ability to operate vehicles (automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual) preferred.
• Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
• Walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently during shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming parts shipments from freight carriers.
• Verify incoming inventory and ensure parts are received in good condition.
• Prioritize and process special parts orders (SPOs).
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly.
• Assist Parts Counter staff with preparing and organizing deliveries.
• Process and return obsolete parts to manufacturers.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support the Parts team with additional duties as assigned.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
