Job summary

H+H Chevy is seeking a Parts Warehouse Operations Specialist in Papillion, NE. The role supports receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory and assisting the Parts Counter staff. Pay is $18.50/hour with a Monday–Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm schedule.

You will handle shipments, verify inventory, SPOs, and safety compliance while contributing to a Best-in-Class customer experience at H+H Chevy.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend information and perform calculations.
• Passion for providing stellar customer service.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Ability to operate vehicles (auto/electric/hybrid/manual) is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform bending, pushing, climbing, etc.
• Walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently during shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming parts shipments from freight carriers.
• Verify incoming inventory and ensure parts are received in good condition.
• Prioritize and process special parts orders (SPOs).
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly.
• Assist Parts Counter staff with preparing and organizing deliveries.
• Process and return obsolete parts to manufacturers.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support the Parts team with additional duties as assigned.
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
