Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is a premier North American fueling infrastructure provider seeking a warehouse associate to manage parts operations. You will perform receiving, storage, and shipping in a 3,000–10,000 sq ft facility, with counter sales and occasional local deliveries.

Responsibilities include order processing in NAV, cycle counts, parts research, returns handling, and supporting field technicians. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass 60-month Motor Vehicle Record.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• General knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory control systems.
• Experience with cycle count, shipping, receiving, and storage.
• Must be able to work after hours and take calls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing transfers and creating sales orders in NAV; pull materials, pack boxes, and place orders in delivery areas.
• Perform inventory and cycle count activities; maintain quality and productivity.
• Update Min/Max items and ensure bin location accuracy.
• Research parts for customers and service technicians.
• Facilitate customer core and warranty returns.
• Meet or exceed customer service standards and follow company policies.
• Operate safely, wear required PPE, and follow industry guidelines.
• Process receipt confirmations in Business Central for ANS / JF Petroleum Group receipts (Receiving, Transfer receiving, Shipping).
• Maintain housekeeping to ensure safe and workable standards.
• Drive Over the Counter sales with strong customer service.
• Occasionally deliver to local customers and technicians in a company vehicle.
• Assist Service Manager/Director with technician inquiries.
• Unload and receive multiple truck loads per day and schedule truck loads with freight companies.
