All about the role: The Parts Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient management of the parts inventory, ensuring the accuracy of the registration and availability of the parts. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, coordinating with other departments, and implementing improvements to warehousing processes.

This role is located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
What you’ll do:
Manage and maintain parts inventory, ensuring accurate records.
Coordinate the reception, storage, and distribution of parts.
Supervise and train warehouse personnel.
Implement and improve warehousing and distribution processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the availability of necessary parts.
To make periodic reports on the status of the inventory.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
3+ years of experience in similar roles.
Good communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
