Job description

The Parts Warehouse Representative serves our customers as well as ships and receives products. We are looking for a dedicated employee with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills to help support our growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Fills and prepares orders for shipment and to inventory
2. Receives parts and backorder parts
3. Tracks warranty parts for return or scrapping
4. Helps manage bin and parts locations to verify inventory records
5. Addresses any discrepancies in parts inventory
6. Determines the proper mode of transportation for parts shipments
7. Ensures workplace and warehouse are free of hazards
8. Loads and unloads cargo
9. Works collaboratively on a team
10. Performs all other duties as assigned
11. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers
12. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. 2+ years warehouse experience
4. Highly motivated, self-starter
5. Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player
6. Basic computer skills
7. Experience in automotive a plus

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

1. Required to move throughout the parts shelves all day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from inventory
2. Stand six to eight hours during a shift
3. Must be able to lift up to forty pounds
4. Must be able to climb at least two flights of stairs
5. Will be exposed to noise, dust, and exhaust fumes, paint, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials
6. Ability to work in various working conditions both indoors and outdoors, including but not limited to extreme heat and/or cold, and rain
7. Ability to kneel, bend, and/or reach above the shoulders
