Ancira Nissan is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join the Parts Department in San Antonio. You’ll verify incoming shipments, stock parts, and assist with distribution to support daily dealership operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily parts shipments and verify accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming merchandise for shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Label, stock, and organize parts inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, returns, and transfers.
• Assist technicians, service advisors, and parts personnel in locating and distributing parts.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage areas.
• Operate material handling equipment and assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and inventory-control processes.
