The Parts Warehouse Associate I is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining an organized warehouse operation through basic warehouse processes and inventory management.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Qualifications and skills required for this role include:

  • High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to pass WorkSteps test.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or evenings as needed.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions and memos.
  • Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Knowledge of database, internet, inventory, and order processing software.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe work environment.
  • Perform warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, staging, putting away, and delivering orders.
  • Understand and manage inventory control principles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
