Job Title: Parts Warehouse Worker

Location: New Motors Subaru, BMW, Volkswagen

Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Starting Pay is based on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Parts Warehouse Worker to join our team! This role is responsible for assisting with daily shipping and receiving operations, inventory management, housekeeping duties, and supporting overall warehouse organization and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Morning Duties (7:30 AM – 12:00 PM):

• Assist delivery drivers with labeling, loading, and preparing delivery vehicles (driver out by 8:15 AM daily)

• Scan, receive, and inspect incoming stock using handheld scanners

• Accurately stock parts into bin locations in numerical order and update bin assignments for new parts

• Receive, label, and put away auxiliary shipments (FedEx, UPS, tire shipments, and skids)

• Package and prepare outgoing UPS shipments

Lunch Break (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)

Afternoon Duties (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM):

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks:

  • Empty warehouse trash cans

  • Sweep and maintain warehouse cleanliness

  • Scrap warranty parts

  • Reorganize and maintain bin locations

• Conduct perpetual inventory counts and audits

• Clean up and organize special order parts

• Pull and prepare parts returns for shipping

Qualifications:

• Warehouse or parts department experience preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory management
