Job summary

Ohio CAT, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., is seeking a dynamic Parts Warehouse employee to maintain heavy equipment and engine parts inventory. Join a team that values customer service and efficient parts fulfillment.

Responsibilities include inventory management, order fulfillment, and collaborating with service technicians and customers to meet parts needs. A High School diploma and 3+ years in warehouse roles are required; valid license and potential DOT card are needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record; ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card if not possessed.
• At least three years of warehouse and inventory experience, with some time in a mechanical parts environment.
• Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: keep parts warehouse organized and perform cycle counts.
• Order Fulfillment: process parts orders/returns, pick and pack items, deliver parts as needed.
• Customer Interaction: work with service technicians and customers to understand parts needs and provide excellent service.

JOB SUMMARY:

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic Parts Warehouse employee to join our team and help us maintain our heavy equipment and engine parts inventory. If you have a passion for working with mechanical parts and enjoy collaborating with service technicians and customers, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Inventory Management: Keep our parts warehouse organized and ensure we have everything our service technicians and customers need. Also perform cycle counts on inventory.
• Order Fulfillment: Process parts orders and returns, pick and pack items, make hydraulic hoses, and deliver parts to customers and parts-drop locations as needed.
• Customer Interaction:Work closely with service technicians and customers to understand their parts needs and provide excellent service.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with a satisfactory driving record will be required, along with the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card if one is not currently possessed.
• Experience:At least three years of warehouse and inventory experience, with some of that time spent in a mechanical parts environment.
• Knowledge:Familiarity with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lifting/Carrying 40 lbs. Lift/Carry and 50lb pull
• Repetitive Motions: Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
