Job summary

Lakeland Automall is hiring for a The Parts Warehouse position to pick, pack, shelve and stage parts for internal and wholesale delivery. You will work efficiently to support on-time deliveries, keep the parts area clean, and handle pickups with proper purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, shelve and stage parts for internal and wholesale delivery.
• Work efficiently to pick parts for on-time deliveries.
• Maintain a clean parts department and area.
• Only pick parts with a purchase order on the invoice.
• Make pickups and deliveries safely when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

T The Parts Warehouse position is responsible for picking, packing, shelving and staging parts needed for both internal customers and wholesale delivery.

J Job Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently and quickly to pick up parts to allow parts deliveries to be made on time
• Work independently without constant supervision
• Assist in keeping parts department & parts area clean
• Pick up only parts that have a purchase order on the invoice
• Make pick-up and deliveries safely when needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Ability to use computer and calculator

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Required to move throughout parts warehouses all-day, reaching and climbing to obtain parts from shelves of inventory
• Stand six to eight hours duringeach day
• Must be able to lift up to seventy-five pounds
• Ability to work in cold/hot temperatures
