The ideal candidate will review service orders, gather parts, and manage returns of defective items to vendors, while maintaining accurate paperwork and meeting production timelines. This position is non-exempt and located in Arkansas City, KS.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufactured housing industry experience desired.
• High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Review each service order for correct parts.
• Gather parts needed for service work order.
• Track and return items that are defective to vendors for a refund.
• File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.
