Job summary

Servco Lexus Honolulu seeks a Parts Support Associate to provide clerical and warehouse support for the Parts department, handling data entry and processing parts orders. You will manage inventory, label and bin parts, and keep customers informed on order status.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of clerical and customer service experience, with proficiency in Word/Excel and DealerTrack knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years clerical and customer service experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• DealerTrack knowledge preferred.
• Accurate data entry skills; ten-key by touch.
• Auto parts knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry duties in DealerTrack for daily sales orders and inventory performance reports.
• Distribute reports, internal memos and other handouts.
• File documents; follow up on special parts orders.
• Pull parts as needed; input merchandise received.
• Make parts bin location changes; assist with perpetual inventory.
• Create appropriate order lines for parts and transmit orders to SAPC.
• Inform customers of parts order status; unload and stock incoming parts orders.
• Inspect parts for damage and receive parts into system with scanner.
• Label and bin parts; check accuracy of parts received vs. invoice.
• Assist with monthly parts scrapping, SPC Parts Buyback Program and documentation.
• Occasionally forklift pallets, SAPC parts crates, and engines and transmission on delivery trucks.
