Job summary

Hörmann North America is seeking a detail‑oriented Inside Sales/Customer Support specialist to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders. You will collaborate with other departments, maintain accurate records, and monitor shipments while using Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office.

This office-based role is located in the Burgettstown area and offers opportunities to contribute to process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
• Ability to Type, preferably using the home row.
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to work in an office environment where the noise level may be heavy at times.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
